From start to finish Mr Windhaber explained fully the procedure I would go through and answered all my questions. He was very professional and stressed I could contact him if I had any concerns, which was reassuring. The service throughout was excellent and I was very pleased with the result.

Rob has excellent patient communication skills. From the outset of my surgery to the aftercare and subsequent further treatments required for a first class result. At all times he was contactable to address any concerns, answered calls and texts promptly. The whole service was superb and I highly recommend Rob and his team at the Duchy Hospital.

Mr Windhaber explain everything in detail about the procedure and left the decision totally down to me with no pressure. He has a lovely manner about him no airs or graces he was extremely polite and friendly on our initial consultation and very calming throughout the whole procedure explaining everything before it was done , aftercare was also explained in detail , everything he said would occur did ,so there was no nasty surprises, he was also very caring on my final consultation before discharge, I couldn’t recommend him enough .
